Straight answers
Are the parts used?
Yes, most are second-hand. Each listing shows a condition grade (Excellent, Good or Fair), what was tested and what's included.
What does "Tested" mean?
Complete PCs run a 30-minute CPU and GPU stress test, four memory passes and an SSD health check. Results are on the listing.
What warranty do I get?
days on everything we sell. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.
How does shipping work?
Pick up in Upper Coomera or ship with Australia Post. PCs are double-boxed with the GPU braced. Add insured shipping at checkout for cover against loss or damage.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Use Make an offer on any listing and you'll get a reply quickly. Reasonable offers are normal for used gear.
Do you issue tax invoices?
All prices include GST and every order gets a tax invoice showing ABN 91 392 174 785.
What if something's wrong with it?
